What's the children's book about?

  

The sisters, Kenya and India, live in Columbus, Georgia. A day out with their mom at the unique Global Cafe sparks their interests to travel internationally. As they begin to think about all the food and sights of other cultures, they also begin to wonder if they’ll ever be able to travel outside of the U.S.

About "The Author Ericka Mapson"

  

Ericka Mapson was raised in Fort Washington, Maryland with her parents and four siblings. Her family traveled domestically visiting many states but never ventured into international travel.
 

Ericka has always been a dreamer and creative. After graduating from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, a college friend invited her to visit Germany and the fire was ignited within her for international travel.
 

Ericka fell in love with viewing beautiful sights, experiencing new cultures, and exploring adventurous activities in various countries. Traveling has opened her eyes to the beauty the world has to offer.
 

Ericka’s desire is to encourage children to travel internationally with their families so that they will develop a love for traveling all around the world. Her favorite motto is "Live in the moment." So get your passport and let's go!
